Three Local Airport modernization

Urgenc-Hiva, Bukhara and Samarkand Airports of Uzbekistan were upgraded to receive international flights as part of the modernization program which includes the following works / facilities: new terminal buildings, transformers and auxiliary facilities, runway rehabilitation, runway expansions, asphalt pavement that conforms to international flight standards. Length of the 3 runways that were constructed in each airport is 3200 meters.
