I.T.E.C.

The shopping center was built in ITEC Complex, Tashkent and has a construction area of 8,500 m2. It is one of the Tashkent’s most popular shopping centers. The building houses fast food restaurants, stores of varying sizes, a supermarket, administrative offices and parking. The project was completed on turn-key basis including all project services and decoration as well as furniture.

An important part of the ITEC Complex in Tashkent is the Business Center, which has a construction area of 62,000 m2. The Business Center includes rental office space, exhibition salons, a 250-person conference hall, bar, special restaurants and fast food establishments, storage and indoor parking as well as adminstrative and technical units. The project was completed on turn-key basis including decoration and furnishings.

Сonstructed in the ITEC Complex, Tashkent, the 5-star Intercontinental Hotel has a total construction area of 45,000 m2. The 600-bed hotel has 245 rooms served by 2 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, sports center, 700-person multi-purpose room, ballroom, business center, meeting rooms, stores, a foreign exchange office, a night club, disco, and parking as well as technical and administrative units. The project was completed on turn-key basis including design and decoration as well as fixed and movable furniture.
